Learning Logic Models

Basis for Program Development, Fund Success and Evaluation

A critical part of a grant proposal is the workplan or results framework - variations of a logic model.  The entire proposal needs to be distilled into a chart of goals, objectives, short-term and long-term outcomes, inputs, outputs, activities, and performance indicators. Mastering the logic model takes skill and experience.

Learning Logic Models is a 3 hour interactive workshop where we explore the structure, components and usefulness of logic models. Using a deconstruction method, you learn to align your program with your organizational mission and constituents needs, identify relevant and measurable outcomes and incorporate evaluation requirements. With this workshop under your belt, you will be a confident craftsman of logic models.

Program-delivery and fundraising professionals will especially benefit from this workshop.

This workshop is quite technical and requires knowledge and experience with logic models.
